Terms of Use
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and M TWO PROJECT RETAIL SDN BHD (“we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of the www.m2project.com.my website, along with any related media forms, channels, mobile websites, or mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms, conditions, or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason.

User Registration

Products

However, we do not guarantee that all product details, including colors and specifications, will be completely accurate, current, reliable, or error-free. Variations may occur due to your device's display settings.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at the time of your order. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason. Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We also reserve the right—but are not obligated—to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We may limit the quantities of any products or services offered.
We do not warrant that any product, service, or information purchased or obtained through the Site will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Site or service will be corrected.
Purchases and Payments
We accept the following forms of payment: bank direct transfer and credit card (via the Site). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all transactions made on the Site. You further agree to promptly update your payment information (including email address, billing address, and payment card details) so that we may complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Sales tax will be applied where applicable. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase, including any applicable shipping fees, and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for these amounts. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even if payment has already been processed.
We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, using the same payment method, and/or orders with the same billing or shipping address. We may also refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
General Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within seven days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must also be included. This proof must be shipped together with the returned product.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Buyers are also liable for any additional charges incurred due to incomplete, inaccurate, or missing return documents. If an item is returned to us under such conditions, we will refund only the value of the item, excluding any shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@m2project.com.my with the necessary documents and photos. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can address the issue. We are not responsible for damage or missing items reported more than 10 days after delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
Non-returnable items:
We are unable to accept returns on sale items.
Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your order to the address specified during checkout within the estimated timeframe. Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours of order confirmation.
If we anticipate a delay in shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage caused by late delivery.
Please note that certain delivery locations may not be serviceable. In such cases, we will contact you using the details provided in your order to arrange a cancellation or delivery to an alternative address.
Orders will be delivered in our standard packaging.
If you unreasonably delay accepting delivery or fail to collect the product within one week of our initial delivery attempt, we reserve the right to:
(a) charge you any additional delivery or storage costs incurred; and/or
(b) cancel your order and refund any payment made, less reasonable administrative charges.
Warranty Terms
All products sold by M TWO PROJECT RETAIL SDN BHD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) are covered under the following warranty terms. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Warranty Period
We offer a limited warranty of [30 Days] from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

This warranty is only valid for purchases made through our official website or authorized channels. We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages.

These Terms of Use, along with any policies or rules posted by us on the Site, constitute the full agreement between you and M TWO PROJECT RETAIL SDN BHD regarding your use of the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such provision.
